With only 64 GB of internal memory, Huawei Mate 9 offers support for micro SD, up to 256 GB of extended memory. The device also ties with the Galaxy S7 in terms of RAM, 4 GB.

While Samsung’s champ offers great photo and video functions with the 12 MP- 8MP combo for the rear and front camera respectively, Huawei’s Mate 9 steps it up a couple notches actually, with a 20 MP rear lens and a complementary 8 MP frontal camera.

The battery is also in Huawei’s favor, as their huge 4000 mAh unit crushes Samsung’s 3000 mAh battery.
